We're in England!

Aug. 1996.  We finally arrived in Falmouth, England.  Carl is climbing the stairs of Pendennis Castle near Falmouth.

Common sight in England. Bijou is in there somewhere. One big surprise for us was the requirement to pay to anchor. We weren't used to that and it was a grumble at times.

Sept. 1996.  We had a real exciting time navigating up the River Fal and the Truro River to Truro.  Very shallow in spots, that had our hearts racing. That happened again when we were tied at the Truro quay and the tide went out.  We had every stout line in our lockers securing her to the wall, but it was still cringe-worthy as we watched the tide go out.  We had fingers crossed, she wouldn't fall over.  We did a good job, she did just fine.
